LEVA s.a. is a steady up rising traditional handicraft company whose occupation is the production of salted fish and the processing of olives in Mytilene since 1950.
We produce salted fish in the form of filet ,or whole, which are preserved in oil or saltwater.
The kinds of fish we salt are sardines, mackerel, anchovies, and tuna fish.

We also produce pickled olives from Mytilene, that are preserved in oil, vinegar which comes from wine and sea salt, dry olives with salt and carved olives in salt water.
The olives of Mytilene are considered of high quality because they contain a lot of olive oil (more than 25%) and for this reason they are more nutritious and tasty.
For many years our activities have extended not only in the local market but throughout Greece one too. Also an important part of our production is overseas distribution.

The processing of our products is our responsibility exclusively. The products that we process are exclusively made on our island. These products are carefully chosen by our specialized personnel. The production is completely traditional without the use of any chemicals (preservatives etc.).
Our products are of excellent quality and very nutricious and the demand for them by numerous retail companies proves it.
